After listening to the report of the Director of the Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board and the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Le Anh Quan, requested the Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to continue to urge and request the contractors to construct the City Political - Administrative Center to concentrate, supplement human resources, organize drastic implementation, work in 3 continuous shifts, especially the contractor for the interior construction of the project, ensuring the completion of the project before April 25. Be responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee in case of failure to ensure the required progress.

Develop a specific and detailed construction plan for each item, send a report to the Department of Construction and the Office of the City People's Committee for monitoring and urging before every Friday. Coordinate with the Department of Construction to identify the competent authority to inspect the acceptance of completed construction works; simultaneously deploy the work of completing procedures and documents to request acceptance of fire prevention and fighting, acceptance of completed works, ensuring sufficient conditions for transferring the headquarters of agencies and administrative units of the city to the Political - Administrative Center.

The Department of Construction is assigned to strengthen the organization of review, inspection, supervision and urging the Hai Phong Civil and Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board during the implementation process, ensuring the technical and aesthetic standards of the project, especially paying attention to the completion progress according to the above-mentioned timeline; at the same time, absolutely not to let labor safety be compromised during construction work.

Guide, support, resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles during the construction process according to authority; in case of exceeding authority, promptly propose and report to the City People's Committee. Guide the Hai Phong Civil and Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board to promptly complete documents and procedures to request acceptance of completed works according to regulations.

Assign the City Police to guide and support the Hai Phong Civil and Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently complete the documents and procedures for requesting fire prevention and fighting acceptance according to regulations.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also assigned the Office of the City People's Committee to arrange a schedule for the City People's Committee leaders to conduct surprise inspections of the construction implementation at the City Political - Administrative Center Construction Investment Project and the City Conference - Performance Center Construction Investment Project in the new urban area North of Cam River.
