30 divers mobilized to approach the truck stuck at the scene of the Phong Chau bridge collapse

Previously, at around 5:30 p.m. on September 14, authorities in Vinh Lai commune (Lam Thao district) discovered a female body floating on the Red River.

This morning, authorities identified the victim as Nguyen Thi Huong, riding a motorbike with license plate 19L-310.61 with her husband, Luong Xuan Thanh (one of the 8 missing victims).
