Press conference of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025

On the afternoon of April 4, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a press conference on Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025. Attending were Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Bui Duc Tho; leaders of Ba To, Nghia Hanh districts and Quang Ngai City; leaders and reporters of local and central press agencies located in the province.

Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 has the theme "Discovering Quang Ngai - Where the blue sea and culture converge", taking place from April 11 to 17, 2025 in many localities of the province including: Quang Ngai City, Ba To, Nghia Hanh and Ly Son districts. The opening ceremony was held on the evening of April 11, 2025 at the Square, Pham Van Dong Street, Quang Ngai City. At the opening ceremony, there was a paragliding performance and an art program imbued with Quang Ngai culture, including 3 chapters: Convergence of quintessence - Blue sea dance - Sound of aspiration. The closing ceremony was held on the evening of April 17, 2025 in Ba To district.

Tourism Week 2025 takes place with many unique activities, stretching from Ba To mountain area to Ly Son district, promising to bring many attractive experiences to tourists. One of the notable activities held for the first time in Quang Ngai is the Fashion and Street Music Festival - Carnival: Quang Ngai Say Hi! held on April 15, 2025. The program will combine fashion shows, vibrant music and street food, creating a colorful festival space. Along with cultural and geological heritage exhibition activities with the theme "Quang Ngai Tourism - Attraction from heritage and identity"; Hoang Sa Soldiers' Khao Le The Festival and the Tu Linh Traditional Boat Racing Festival; Hre cultural space with traditional cultural activities such as Teng village brocade weaving, gong performance art;...

Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 is a series of rich and diverse cultural, sports and tourism activities imbued with the traditional cultural identity of Quang Ngai province. This is an opportunity to introduce and promote the beauty of the homeland, country and people of Quang Ngai; contribute to stimulating demand and attracting tourists; build new tours, routes and tourist destinations; attract investors to explore investment opportunities in the province. At the same time, raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and people in preserving and promoting national cultural identity, natural resources, and protecting the environment for tourism development.

At the meeting, representatives of press agencies asked questions related to a number of contents such as coordination between reporters and the Organizing Committee of activities, communication work to create dissemination; tourism development work associated with events, ensuring accommodation services and food safety and hygiene, security and order... Representatives of the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and localities answered and clarified questions from reporters.
