Regarding traffic, on Nhu Nguyet Street (near Thuan Phuoc Bridge, Hai Chau District), the river water rose high, causing flooding of a section of the road about 150m long. Large waves caused damage, peeling off sidewalk tiles in many locations, falling decorative lamp posts on the river side, and soil and sand spilling onto the sidewalk and roadway.
