Chairman of the Provincial Gardening and Farming Association Vo Duy Sang delivered the opening speech at the conference.

At the training conference, delegates listened to the reporters present the topics, including: Procedures, lending mechanisms and approaches, preparing loan applications from the Vietnam Cooperative Development Support Fund; New points of the 2024 Land Law on management and use of agricultural land; Some contents in the work of streamlining the apparatus and some instructions in emulation, rewards and summarizing 5 years of patriotic emulation (2020 - 2025).

The training program aims to help delegates have full knowledge of the rights and obligations of people in land management, as well as the ability to convey the knowledge they have learned to people and grassroots officials in the work of propagating and disseminating land laws. At the same time, delegates will grasp the process, procedures, and operations of accessing capital from the Cooperative Development Support Fund, be guided in preparing investment projects, production and business plans; be guided in loan applications, appraisal and lending processes so that they can apply them to the process of establishing, building and developing cooperatives, bringing practical benefits to members and workers. Thereby, actively contributing to poverty reduction and new rural construction in localities.

On this occasion, the Provincial Gardening and Farming Association launched the contest "Awareness combined with environmental propaganda" in 2025; launched the orientation of the contest "Beautiful garden, model farm" in 2025.

Within the framework of the training program, on the afternoon of March 26, the Association organized for delegates to visit, exchange and answer questions about production experiences at 2 models: Pigeon farming of Mr. Khuong Sy Dinh and bamboo rat farming of Mr. Dao Kha Cuong, in Dan Quyen and Dan Ly communes (Trieu Son).
