On the morning of March 22, more than 2,000 students from schools in Da Nang city participated in the STEM festival at the primary school level, co-organized by the Department of Education and Training of Ngu Hanh Son district and FPT Da Nang Primary and Secondary School.

The Primary School STEM Festival is an annual activity that aims to create a useful scientific playground, inspiring creativity, discovery and practical application for students. With the theme "Fun Science - Endless Creativity", the event offers a variety of STEM exchange activities for students in grades 3, 4 and 5.

Students participate in a variety of activities that stimulate their scientific thinking and creativity. They interact with "Fun STEM Experiments", "Creative Junior Engineers", "Decoding STEM", experience "Robots and Basic Programming" and visit the STEM product display space.

The highlight of the festival was the “STEM Fun Experiment” area, where each school brought a unique science experiment for students to experience. From interesting chemical reactions to making mini circuits, water rockets or lava lamps, each experimental table attracted the attention of many students, helping them directly observe and participate in the process of scientific discovery.

Ms. Mai Thi Phuong Lan (Mai Dang Chon Primary School) shared: “By participating in today’s festival, students will have the opportunity to interact and experience many creative and unique models. They can control robots, get acquainted with Scratch drag-and-drop programming and explore many modern technology applications, helping them approach technology early.”

Mr. Ta Tu Binh - Vice Chairman of Ngu Hanh Son District People's Committee said: STEM Festival is an important event to promote the spirit of creative learning, helping students have the opportunity to experience and apply knowledge into practice.
