This information was announced by the National Innovation Center (NIC). The conference with the theme "Future Innovation: Connecting AI and Global Semiconductors", AISC 2025 is organized by Aitomatic in collaboration with the National Innovation Center (NIC), under the auspices of the Industrial AI Consortium.
The conference will bring together more than 1,000 leaders and technology experts from major corporations such as Google DeepMind, IBM, Intel, TSMC, Samsung, MediaTek, Tokyo Electron, Panasonic, Marvell and many businesses from Silicon Valley, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, India and China.
The event focuses on AI in chip design and manufacturing, and the potential of advanced semiconductor architectures. The five-day program includes technical workshops, a technology exhibition, a high-level policy forum, and a panel discussion for 100 leading technology leaders.
AISC 2025 will feature many prestigious speakers such as Eric Schmidt - former CEO of Google, Dr. Christopher Nguyen - founder of Aitomatic, Dr. Le Viet Quoc from Google DeepMind, Dr. Azalia Mirhoseini from Stanford University, and Dr. Anna Goldie - co-developer of AlphaChip. Ms. Nguyen Bich Yen (Soitec) and Mr. Loi Nguyen (Marvell) will also share about Vietnam's opportunities in the global semiconductor supply chain.
According to Bloomberg Intelligence, the global semiconductor market will reach $500 billion by the end of 2024, while AI continues to be a driver of economic growth. The integration of AI into chip design and manufacturing is attracting huge investments, promising to reshape the industry.
Faced with this explosive trend, Vietnam has promoted policies to attract investment and train AI-semiconductor human resources, including scholarships, tuition exemptions and chip production cost subsidies.
Within the framework of AISC 2025, a pioneering open-source platform for chip manufacturing will be officially launched in Vietnam. In addition, the event also marks the entry of Vietnamese technology enterprises into global AI and artificial intelligence development alliances.
