On December 12, the Propaganda Department, Department of Education and Training of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City organized the 2024 'Good Children's Flower' Festival with the theme 'Good children follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings'.
At the festival, preschoolers performed stories, poems, scenes, and songs about Uncle Ho, surprising the audience. In addition, many of the preschoolers’ entries impressed the organizers.
These are lovely moments of a little girl reading a poem about Uncle Ho and her schoolmates illustrating the things about Uncle Ho that have connected with children in the poem.

That is the scene where the children recreate a classroom scene that has absorbed the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho; the scene of the story "Whoever is good will be rewarded" where the children tell the story and recreate the image of Uncle Ho visiting the children's camp with the words that have entered the hearts of many generations of Vietnamese children.
"The whole audience burst into emotion when they heard the voices of the kindergarten children telling the story "Who is good will be rewarded" and pronouncing Uncle Ho's saying: "Are you full?". I was really surprised when there were children telling such good and meaningful stories" - Ms. Thu Hang, a parent present at the festival, shared.
Ms. Tran Thi Trang - principal of Hoa Lu Kindergarten, District 1 - said that the child's performance at her school was to read the poem "I Draw Uncle Ho".

"This is a playground that inspires and excites preschool children, so they don't have to practice much, but just bring from class to the festival," said Ms. Trang.
Ms. Tran Duc Hanh Quynh - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 1 - said that the Good Children Festival with the theme "Good children follow the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho" aims to spread learning from Uncle Ho in preschools, helping children become more and more proud of being born and raised in the city named after Uncle Ho.
At the same time, the festival also promotes exchanges between preschool students, educating children through specific, practical actions, close to daily life and activities.
