On February 15, teachers and students of Nguyen Chi Thanh High School (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City) had a STEM-oriented literature lesson with the theme 'Literature and Cultural Heritage'.

The students performed a play. Forever Twenty tells the story of martyr Nguyen Van Thac - author of the diary Life Story - in the style of heroic, lyrical . You also made the film Give me a ticket to childhood adapted from the work of the same name by writer Nguyen Nhat Anh, helping students approach the content in a visual, vivid way, and understand the work more deeply.
The students used cardboard, bamboo sticks, wooden sticks, water pipes, plastic bottles, and scraps of fabric to build the stage and design puppet characters.
The applause and cheers of the "audience" stirred up a corner of the school. Many students shared that they "felt" many things through this special lesson.
"Before, people thought that studying literature was boring and just memorizing. But now, with creativity, changing the way of studying literature by dramatizing and dramatizing, it helps us practice more than theory. Through that, we practice learning skills, creativity and understand more about heritage. culture Vietnam", Thu Trang shared.
Nguyen Thanh Lam said that through this activity, he gained more life skills and was able to approach culture and history in a genuine and intimate way.
"Learning through music, movies, etc. helps memorise knowledge longer. I hope there will be more classes like this so that students from other schools can know about it and study better together," Lam said.

Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Dung - head of the literature group, Nguyen Chi Thanh High School - assessed that the new learning method helps students develop their abilities, thinking, creativity and helps them love literature, their country and their homeland more.
"With the desire to help students appreciate and preserve national cultural values and cultural heritage, the teacher and students spent two months preparing for today's topic. Students enjoy learning literature this way, developing their teamwork, research, and creativity skills. They change their thinking about literature and love literature more," said Ms. Dung.
Ms. Dung also said that by participating in this project, students make their own magazines, posters, etc. These activities contribute to the students' career orientation. For example, some students discover that they are suited to being an MC, event organizer, or multimedia communications industry.
