Lowest tuition fee 25,000 VND/student/month

According to the resolution of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, tuition fees at all levels and grades are divided into 3 regions. For public educational institutions that do not cover their regular expenses, the lowest tuition fee is 25,000 VND/student/month; the highest is 195,000 VND/student/month. For educational institutions that cover their regular expenses, the fee is doubled.

Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year of Thanh Hoa province will be implemented according to Resolution 287/2022/NQ-HDND (amended in Resolution 21/2024/NQ-HDND dated May 31, 2024).

Accordingly, the tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year for public preschool, general education, and continuing education institutions in Thanh Hoa province that have not yet covered their regular expenses are as follows:

- Rural areas: Communes in cities and towns; communes and towns in plain districts (excluding mountainous communes and towns according to Decision No. 861/QD-TTg dated June 4, 2021 of the Prime Minister, Decision 612/QD-UBDT in 2021, communes with special difficulties in coastal and island areas according to Decision No. 353/QD-TTg in 2022 approving the list of poor households, communes with special difficulties in coastal and island areas for the period 2021 - 2025) and wards of Nghi Son town.

Tuition fee for the 2024-2025 school year for ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa province at the junior high school level is 25,000 VND/student/month.

- Ethnic minority and mountainous areas: Communes and towns in mountainous districts and mountainous communes and towns in plain districts according to Decision No. 861/QD-TTg dated June 4, 2021 of the Prime Minister, Decision 612/QD-UBDT and communes with special difficulties in coastal, beach and island areas according to Decision No. 353/QD-TTg.

- Tuition fees for public preschool and general education institutions that self-finance regular expenses: Maximum of 2 times the tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year.

- Tuition fees for public preschool and general education institutions that self-finance regular and investment expenses: Maximum 2.5 times the tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year.

- Tuition fees for online learning: equal to 80% of the tuition fees issued by public educational institutions.
