Principal says teacher is 'call girl', district takes action

According to the reflection of teachers at Trung Son Kindergarten, Trung Son commune, Quan Hoa mountainous district, Thanh Hoa province, for many years, Ms. Le Thi Hue - the principal of this school - has shown signs of violating the law and teachers' ethics.

Specifically, she put a person's name on the list of school cooks, created fake documents to withdraw 12 million VND from the State for personal expenses. She also arbitrarily took the refrigerator and water tank (school property) home to use, causing outrage among teachers and parents.

In particular, Ms. Hue insulted the honor of the teachers in the school by calling the teachers "call girls", showing signs of seriously violating teachers' ethics, severely hurting the preschool teacher.

Regarding the content of her saying the teacher was a "call girl", Ms. Hue explained: "This incident happened on November 27, 2021, when I was impulsive and hot-tempered, I said the teacher was a "call girl". After that, the Trung Son Commune Party Committee invited me and the teacher to the commune office for reconciliation. Next, I had a report to explain to the commune Party Committee."

Regarding this content, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Quan Hoa district (Secretary of the Party Committee of Trung Son commune in 2021 - PV) - informed: "In early December 2021, we received information reflecting that Ms. Le Thi Hue made inappropriate statements and insulted teachers.

The commune Party Committee invited Ms. Hue and the teacher to the commune office to work, asking Ms. Hue to explain and review. At the meeting, Ms. Hue admitted to making inappropriate statements and insulting the teacher.

However, teachers are upset that since then, Quan Hoa district authorities have not yet handled Ms. Le Thi Hue's violations.

The district will take action and strictly handle violators.

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Ms. Ha Thi Huong - Secretary of Quan Hoa District Party Committee - confirmed that in early March 2025, the District Party Committee leaders received a letter from a teacher reflecting on a number of issues related to Ms. Le Thi Hue - Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has assigned the District Inspectorate and the Department of Education and Training to inspect, verify and clarify the content of the petition.

"After the inspection team's conclusion, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will direct the relevant authorities to strictly handle the violating individuals," Ms. Ha Thi Huong affirmed.
