Instructions for candidates to register for the 2025 high school graduation exam

The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26 and 27 with an expected participation of more than 1.1 million candidates. To take the exam, 12th grade candidates in the 2024-2025 school year must register online using an account and password provided by the school; Independent candidates must register online using a VNeID account via the National Public Service Portal.

According to the plan, from April 15 to April 18, 12th grade candidates for the 2024-2025 school year will try to register for the exam online on the Ministry of Education and Training 's Exam Management System. Then, from April 21 to 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 12th grade candidates and independent candidates will officially register for the exam online.

In Hanoi, the number of candidates taking the exam is large, expected to account for about 1/10 of the total number of candidates nationwide. The Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training provides instructions on where to register for the exam as follows:

The 2025 high school graduation exam will be held for both candidates of the 2006 General Education Program (old program) and the 2018 General Education Program (current program).
