In addition, there was 1 resolution passed confirming the results of the vote of confidence for the positions elected by the Provincial People's Council; 12 resolutions regulating laws, stipulating regimes and policies (Regulations on the content and expenditure levels for implementing Sub-project 1, Project 6 under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021-2025 in Dien Bien province; Promulgating regulations on policies to support the development of agricultural, forestry and fishery production to restructure the agricultural sector in Dien Bien province; Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Resolutions of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Council regulating the implementation of National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025 in Dien Bien province; Regulations on policies to attract human resources and support postgraduate graduation in Dien Bien province, etc.

Speaking at the closing session, Comrade Lo Van Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized that 2024 is a particularly important year with many political and cultural events: the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 115th anniversary of the province's establishment, the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee... In order to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2024 and the policies and measures that have been approved, the Provincial People's Council requested that immediately after the session, all levels and sectors urgently develop plans and seriously implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council. Take advantage of opportunities, promote strengths; overcome difficulties and challenges to build the province to develop more and more.

For the provincial People's Council delegates, promptly report to voters on the results of the session, regularly maintain close contact with voters, listen to and honestly reflect voters' opinions; actively supervise the settlement of citizens' petitions, complaints and denunciations. Encourage people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's and the province's policies and laws.
