In which, it orients the list of priority investment projects, investment implementation phases and implementation resources. The list of projects using public investment capital, non-budgetary state capital prioritizes the implementation of projects in the fields of agriculture, industry, transportation, construction, electricity and energy systems, education and training and vocational education, social security, irrigation and disaster prevention, information and communication, and wastewater treatment.
