In terms of investment scale, the project will carry out excavation and embankment, creating a landscape lake with a water surface area of ​​about 4.98 hectares, building 1.27 km of main traffic roads and 2.65 km of internal roads around the lake. In addition, there will be a green isolation area of ​​about 2.31 hectares and a nursery of 5.15 hectares.

The project aims to specify the zoning plan for the area south of Ring Road I, at a scale of 1/2,000, including land use functions such as parks, trees, water surfaces, and urban traffic.

According to the assessment, the investment in building a park south of Ring Road I in Tan Hung Ward and Gia Xuyen Commune (Hai Duong City) is necessary, in accordance with the zoning plan, general plan and meets the entertainment needs of the people.

Currently, Hai Duong City only has one Bach Dang park of about 26 hectares. Investing in building more green parks is necessary to create a space for recreation and entertainment for the people.
