Imane Futsal Club has planned to recruit 2 Vietnamese players to prepare for the 2023 Thai First Division.
Specifically, Imane team has just sent a letter to the Sahako futsal team (currently playing in the Vietnam national futsal championship) to invite two stars, including Khong Dinh Hung and Nguyen Hoang Anh, to Thailand to train in preparation for the new season.
Both players targeted by Imane are very important to the Sahako team. At the age of 34, Khong Dinh Hung is still playing very consistently for Sahako in the fixo role. With his perseverance, composure and skill, Dinh Hung contributed greatly to helping Sahako win the national championship in 2022.

He then won the title of best player of the tournament, along with the 2022 Vietnam Silver Ball for men's futsal player.
Dinh Hung also has "seniority" wearing the Vietnamese futsal team jersey. He scored against Brazil at the 2020 Futsal World Cup (held in 2021), and was a part of the team that passed the World Cup group stage for the second time, only to stop before the current runner-up Russia.
The remaining player that the Thai club proposed to recruit is goalkeeper Nguyen Hoang Anh, who won the title of best goalkeeper in the national championship in 2019.
If they go to Thailand to compete, this will be an opportunity for Hoang Anh and Dinh Hung to gain more experience. Thailand has a top futsal team in Asia, having advanced many times in continental tournaments and regularly participating in the World Cup.
Dinh Hung and Hoang Anh's Sahako Club could not defend their championship title in the 2023 national futsal championship, finishing second, behind Thai Son Nam Club.
However, 1 championship and 1 runner-up title in the last 2 seasons also show the stability and durability of Sahako Club, helping the futsal field become more competitive, instead of being "monochromatic" with the dominance of Thai Son Nam Club like in many previous years.
