(Dan Tri) - Hanoi requires FLC to pay additional money equivalent to land use fees and land rent for 4 plots of land in Dai Mo ward during the extended period.
On December 26, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 6676 on extending the land use term for 24 months for 4 land plots CT1, CT2, LK1.2 and NT belonging to the DM1 Urban Functional Area project, Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, invested by FLC Group Joint Stock Company.
According to the decision, FLC is responsible for paying the State an additional amount of money equivalent to the land use fee and land rent for the above 4 plots of land within the extended period as prescribed by law.
The decision clearly states that if the FLC Group has not put the land into use by the end of the extended period, the State will reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining investment costs in the land according to the provisions of law.
The Hanoi People's Committee requested the Hanoi Tax Department and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine the financial obligations for the land during the extended period for the 4 plots of land. If the extended period expires and FLC Group has not yet put the land into use, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will prepare a dossier for the City People's Committee to reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and the remaining investment costs in the land according to the provisions of law.
