According to statistics from Hanoi city, "super storm" No. 3 swept through Hanoi, causing more than 40,000 trees to fall and branches to break in the city. Of these, more than 24,800 trees fell, concentrated in the following localities: Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Gia Lam, Dong Anh, Nam Tu Liem.

The ancient banyan tree on Hang Dau - Lo Su street is regretted by many people because it has many memories with the people living around here. Currently, the banyan tree has been replanted by workers of the Hanoi Green Tree Company.

In some parks and flower gardens, many trees are still scattered. In the coming time, the authorities will filter out the living trees to plant, and some dead trees will be removed and gathered elsewhere.
