Hanoi: Group of men and women rented a luxury apartment to have a wild party for 3 consecutive days

On October 30, Tay Ho District Police (Hanoi) announced that the Investigation Police Agency had prosecuted 5 suspects for the crime of organizing illegal drug use.

According to authorities, in the early morning of October 8, Xuan La Ward Police (Tay Ho District) administratively inspected an apartment in building E1 of Tan Hoang Minh apartment building.

Here, the police discovered 4 suspects of organizing illegal drug use, confiscating at the scene a white plastic bag, an orange plastic package with the word Chali and many other exhibits.

Test results showed that the subjects were all positive for drugs.

While fighting with the suspects, the police identified several other people involved. All were brought to the headquarters for investigation.

From the suspects’ statements, the police determined that at noon on October 4, Nguyen Xuan Yen Nhi (23 years old) rented an apartment at the above address to stay and organize a party. This girl then invited Cung Hoang Tien (23 years old) and Tran Quang Chien (25 years old) to join.

On the morning of October 5, after running out of drugs, the three people bought more ketamine, "happy water", laughing gas, and invited some other people to join them.

On October 8, the group of men and women were caught red-handed by the authorities.
