Hanoi adjusts many locations for administrative procedures from April 1

According to the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center, from April 1, Hanoi will adjust the locations for performing administrative procedures of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities: Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Hoang Mai, Hai Ba Trung, Bac Tu Liem, Nam Tu Liem, Long Bien, Gia Lam, Ha Dong, Dong Anh, Soc Son, Me Linh, Dan Phuong, Hoai Duc, Phuc Tho, Thanh Oai, Ung Hoa, My Duc, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, Son Tay, Ba Vi, Thach That and some units.

The adjustment of administrative procedure implementation locations aims to comprehensively innovate the settlement of administrative procedures and provide public services regardless of administrative boundaries in Hanoi.

Previously, from March 29, the Department of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures - Dong Anh District People's Committee and the Department of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures - Tien Duong Commune People's Committee were transferred to Branch No. 08 of the Public Administration Service Center (Headquarters): Tien Duong Commune People's Committee Headquarters, Co Duong Village, Tien Duong Commune, Dong Anh District.

Department of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures - People's Committee of Son Tay town; Department of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures - People's Committee of Ngo Quyen ward; Department of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures - Branch of Hanoi Land Registration Office, Son Tay town is transferred to Branch No. 12 of Public Administration Service Center (Head office): No. 01 Pho Duc Chinh, Ngo Quyen ward, Son Tay town.

According to plan No. 74/KH-UBND dated March 12, 2025 on improving the quality of providing online public services throughout the process, the Chairman of Hanoi City requested the organization to successfully pilot the model of Branches and reception points; improve the quality of online public services, digital services for people and businesses, towards providing online public services throughout the process, personalized and based on data.

Improve the quality of online public service provision throughout the process; provide new personalized, data-based digital services to people and businesses; provide public services regardless of administrative boundaries.

Hanoi aims to provide comprehensive, personalized and data-based online public services . Strengthen supervision, evaluation and accountability of state agencies and competent persons in serving the people; improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees working on administrative reform.
