National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation heard an introduction to the TUMO Center for Innovative Technology with training programs conducted in the form of self-study, workshops, and project experiments with 14 learning objectives. Armenia is currently building 16 full-scale TUMO Centers in major cities and placing 110 “TUMO Boxes” - compact, high-tech learning spaces - for young people in remote areas. In June 2025, TUMO is expected to open the first TUMO Center for Innovative Technology in Asia (located in Japan).

After visiting the creative and self-study spaces for young people here, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the model of Armenia's TUMO Center for Creative Technology; suggested that Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha direct research to build creative technology centers similar to your TUMO model, creating more educational environments to help Vietnamese young people self-study and improve their qualifications, especially knowledge and skills in science - technology, innovation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. This is one of the necessary conditions for training digital human resources in the new era, the era of national development.

The National Assembly Chairman said that Vietnam has recently decided to exempt tuition fees for students from kindergarten to high school nationwide; demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State of Vietnam to the development of human resources, especially high-quality human resources - one of the three strategic breakthroughs according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
