Thieu Hoa district leaders awarded a Certificate of Merit to teacher Nguyen Thi Thao (fourth from right) for her excellent achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, "Every teacher must constantly practice to always improve, must have good knowledge and teaching methods, have moral character and love for students, be passionate about the profession and constantly compete to teach well, study well", with more than 20 years of dedication to the career of "growing people", Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao always strives to strive, practice, improve professional qualifications and teaching skills to perform well the assigned work.

For Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao, a good teacher must first of all be a person who is good at her profession. Therefore, in teaching, she always values ​​the proactive role of students, taking students as the center, while she plays the role of guiding and inspiring students. She herself is always actively learning, improving her knowledge and accumulating experience, so that every time she stands on the podium, she can convey all her knowledge to her students; at the same time, she focuses on the major policies of the industry, which is innovation in teaching methods, maximizing students' autonomy and creativity in class... With responsibility, love and passion for the profession, she has worked hard to find dynamic, flexible and attractive teaching methods in each lecture to arouse students' interest, creativity, exploration and self-study. Her love and passion for Geography has the power to spread and inspire a strong love for the subject in students.

Sharing about her journey of being attached to the profession of “cultivating people”, Ms. Thao said: “Geography helps people explore the world around them, helps learners have a more multi-dimensional view of issues and answers many questions about things that seem to not exist in our lives. Therefore, I want to share my excitement about exploring places, lands, and natural phenomena with students. This can help them have a broader view and love to explore the world around them.”

Stemming from that love, Ms. Thao and her colleagues always come up with interesting learning methods to make students love, be curious and excited about their lessons. Therefore, her Geography lessons are always associated with real-life experiences, helping students explore, discover and understand more about natural phenomena, new lands, and unique cultures all over the world.

Over the years, Ms. Thao has been trusted by the school board to be in charge of the Geography competition team and has won many high prizes. Up to now, she has trained over 50 students to win provincial prizes in Geography. As a homeroom teacher, Ms. Thao always considers herself a close, friendly friend, always listening, understanding and sharing with students the difficulties in studying as well as in life. She is always close to and coordinates with parents to discuss, grasp the situation and guide students in the most effective way... With her enthusiasm, dedication, exemplary and constant efforts, Ms. Thao is a shining example for generations of students as well as colleagues to strive to follow.

With her efforts, teacher Nguyen Thi Thao has continuously achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter for many years and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Director of the Department of Education and Training and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa district.
