The Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho District and Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company have just issued a notice inviting organizations and individuals to participate in the auction of land use rights in 3 communes: Trach My Loc, Xuan Dinh and Tich Giang.

Specifically, there are 7 plots of land in Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune), 5 plots of land in Huong Nam area (Xuan Dinh commune) and 1 plot of land in Cong Cho area (Tich Giang commune). The plots of land have the smallest area from 99m2 and above.

There are 3 starting auction prices, corresponding to the 3 areas Doc Tranh, Huong Nam and Cong Cho: 23.4 million VND/m2; 25 million VND/m2 and 16.5 million VND/m2. The purpose of use is residential land. Term of use: long-term.

According to the Phuc Tho District Land Fund Development Center, auction participation documents are currently being sold at the Center and Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company. The time for receiving documents is extended until November 8, 2024.

It is expected that the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho District will organize two sessions to take organizations and individuals on site visits to the auctioned land plots this time. The auction date for the 13 land plots is currently set for November 11, 2024.
