Land transactions in Lam Dong increase

Lam Dong Department of Justice has just announced information and data on transaction volume and transaction prices of real estate types through civil servants in the province in the second quarter of 2024.

Accordingly, land is still the most traded type of real estate. This type recorded an increase of 40% compared to the first quarter of 2024 and 4.3% compared to the same period last year.

Leading in the number of transactions is Lam Ha district with 1,064 transactions (transaction value of more than 778 billion VND). Second is Duc Trong district with 975 transactions (transaction value of more than 932 billion VND), Bao Lam district with 974 transactions (value of more than 478 billion VND).

The total number of land transactions in the second quarter of 2024 is 5,383, corresponding to a total transaction amount of more than VND 5,873 billion.

Meanwhile, the number of transactions on individual houses is mainly concentrated in Da Lat City, Duc Trong district with a rather modest number (from 120 to 145 transactions).

As for the apartment type, Da Lat City is still the place with the most transactions (with 27 transactions, total value of 38.3 billion VND). However, this type only increased by 6 transactions compared to the previous quarter.
