Rescue newborn baby from human trafficking group

(Dan Tri) - When a group of women were buying and selling a newborn baby boy, Hoa Binh police caught them red-handed and safely rescued the baby.


On November 13, Hoa Binh Provincial Police announced that the Criminal Police Department of this province had just coordinated and arrested a group of subjects in a human trafficking ring under 16 years old.

Previously, the Hoa Binh Provincial Police discovered a group of people involved in a human trafficking ring in the area. The group rented two rooms at a hotel in Hoa Binh City.

During their stay at the hotel, these subjects frequently took turns going to the Obstetrics Department of Hoa Binh Provincial General Hospital to visit a woman (born in 1989, residing in Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province) who had just given birth, and discussed buying and selling the baby.

When the group of subjects including: Nguyen Le Thanh Tam (born in 1995, Duong Thi Thao Suong (born in 1991), both residing in Ho Chi Minh City; Duong Thi Hoai Van (born in 1991, residing in Gia Lai province); Ban Mui Pham (born in 1995, residing in Ha Giang province) were carrying out the act of buying and selling a newborn baby boy, the police force caught them red-handed and safely rescued the baby.
