According to Dan Tri reporters at a coffee shop located in the Diplomatic Corps area (Bac Tu Liem district), the space here was brightly decorated with Party flags, national flags and Liberation flags, imbued with a patriotic spirit, towards the occasion of April 30 - Southern Liberation Day, National Reunification Day.
The restaurant space is elaborately decorated with large Party flags, national flags and flags of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, creating a brilliant red and yellow space.
The harmonious arrangement of colors and lights makes this place not only imbued with national spirit and love for the country but also becomes an ideal backdrop for guests to check-in on this special occasion.
The special attraction at the shop is the uniquely created drinks, accompanied by a cake shaped like the national flag, a meaningful detail that attracts many young people to come and enjoy and check-in.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Ninh (35 years old), the owner of the coffee shop, said that the shop had implemented the decoration idea for the April 30 holiday a month ago, with the desire to inspire young people with patriotism, national pride, and not forget the difficult times of their ancestors.
"Although it has just started operating, I am very happy that the shop has been welcomed and responded strongly. There are days when I meet young children and veterans who come to share old stories, I am even more touched and motivated," Ms. Ninh excitedly said.
Ngo Yen Nhi (right, 21 years old) and her friends brought the national flag, stopping by the shop to take pictures on the occasion of the upcoming April 30th celebration.
"When I came to the shop and saw so many young people immersing themselves in the brilliant atmosphere of red and yellow and taking pictures with the flags, I felt even more proud of Vietnam," Nhi shared.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai (Tay Ho district) often watches videos about April 30 on social networks and accidentally discovered the coffee shop. Ms. Hai quickly went there to take pictures to keep beautiful pictures.
"I think decorating and organizing activities to celebrate the holiday like this has great significance, contributingto educating young people about patriotism and gratitude for the contributions of their ancestors," Ms. Yen shared.
Similarly, a coffee shop located on Hang Ma Street (Hoan Kiem District) attracts a large number of young people to visit and experience the space decorated with the theme of April 30.
During peak hours, the parking area is always overloaded, the restaurant staff constantly arranges cars to ensure enough space for visitors to visit and take pictures.
The brilliant red color of the Party flags and the national flags flying in the skylight area creates a striking highlight, attracting the eyes of visitors as soon as they step into the restaurant.
The space inside the restaurant makes diners feel the national spirit with banners and posters posted along the walls. The most prominent is the large flag of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam - a meaningful symbol - solemnly displayed to recall and commemorate the historic April 30th.
This space not only evokes heroic memories but also helps the younger generation better understand an important period of the nation.
The special drinks at the shop are meticulously mixed, highlighted with images of red flags with yellow stars on the surface.
These glasses of water are named "Independence - Freedom - Happiness" - inspired by the sacred opening words of President Ho Chi Minh's Declaration of Independence.
"With the desire to celebrate the anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the restaurant has received enthusiastic responses from many young people. We hope to contribute to spreading the spirit of patriotism and national pride through every detail of decoration and activities here," Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Thu (30 years old, restaurant manager) shared.
The combination of flavor and historical significance has created a unique highlight, attracting the attention of many diners, especially young people.
As photography enthusiasts, two young people, Yen Nhi and Ngoc Anh, chose to wear shirts with the words "Independence - Freedom - Happiness" printed on them when they came to the shop, as a way to express their spirit of celebrating the special occasion.
"I am very impressed with the star-shaped decoration of the drinks and the overall historical atmosphere of the shop. The closer it gets to April 30, the more proud I feel to be immersed in the atmosphere of celebrating a sacred milestone of the nation," Yen Nhi shared.
