On the afternoon of April 16, the People's Committee of Que Vo town held a dialogue meeting with 32 households on the unit price of compensation and resettlement support to implement the Investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region - Section passing through Que Vo town in Chi Lang commune.

The Ring Road 4 project through Chi Lang commune has a total compensation and support area of nearly 305 thousand square meters; involving 32 households and individuals with residential land in the area with a total cost of more than 34 billion VND. However, to date, only 5/32 households with residential land subject to relocation have handed over the land for the project. Up to 27 households have not received compensation.

At the dialogue, households presented the reasons for not receiving compensation funds, expressed concerns and problems related to the compensation price for land, assets on land and land price in resettlement areas to ensure fairness and accuracy among households; proposed the land price to be equivalent between recovery and resettlement. Hope that the town will soon guide and issue Certificates of land use rights, supply electricity and water in resettlement areas so that households can build houses and soon stabilize their lives...
Leaders of Que Vo town receive and answer questions from people
Directly listening to and responding to the recommendations of each household, the town leaders affirmed that the compensation, support and resettlement plan was built in accordance with the provisions of the law. The town has made the most of policies to increase the compensation and support prices, and selected the most favorable resettlement area; Ensuring legitimate rights for the people. The town assigned specialized agencies to coordinate with the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune to continue reviewing and verifying the recommendations of the people. If in accordance with regulations, a supplementary budget will be prepared to ensure the highest benefits for households before April 20; Urgently complete the infrastructure of the resettlement area to serve as the basis for handing over the site to households before April 20; For households that agree with the project policy, the issuance of red books for the resettlement area will be completed within 1 week . The town leaders hope that households whose land is recovered will promote a sense of responsibility, consensus, and support so that the project can be implemented as planned, contributing to creating momentum to promote the socio-economic development of the locality as well as the town and Bac Ninh province.
