In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today, September 24, 2024, increased by 1,000 VND/kg and traded in the range of 68,000 - 71,000 VND/kg.
After increasing the price, traders in Hanoi are buying live pigs at 71,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

With the same price increase, traders in Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Thai Nguyen, and Tuyen Quang are purchasing live pigs at 70,000 VND/kg, equal to that in Phu Tho, Thai Binh, and Vinh Phuc.
On the other hand, after increasing the price, traders in Lao Cai and Nam Dinh are purchasing live pigs at 68,000 VND/kg, equal to Ninh Binh and Yen Bai, recording this as the lowest price in the region.

With the same price increase, traders in Ben Tre are purchasing live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, equal to those in Ca Mau, Can Tho, Vinh Long, An Giang, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Also increasing in price, traders in Tien Giang are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, equal to the price in Long An, Hau Giang, Tra Vinh, and Soc Trang.
On the other hand, the four provinces of Kien Giang and Bac Lieu are trading at 63,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.
In general, the price of live pigs today continues to increase in all three regions. In particular, the Northern region currently holds the highest transaction price in the country. The nationwide survey price this morning fluctuated between 63,000 - 71,000 VND/kg.
