In Thailand and Singapore, rubber prices fell slightly, while in China and Japan, the price trend was almost flat.
In Japan, RSS3 rubber contracts on the Tocom exchange fluctuated slightly. The April 2025 contract reached 341.00 yen/kg, while the June contract fell to 341.70 yen/kg. The remaining contracts fluctuated around 344 to nearly 350 yen/kg.
In Thailand, rubber futures for April delivery fell from 82.45 baht/kg to 82.12 baht/kg. The decrease was not large but reflected cautious market sentiment.
On the Shanghai exchange, contracts for delivery from April to August 2025 remained stable in the range of 16,640 - 16,815 yuan/kg, indicating that the Chinese rubber market will not fluctuate much in the short term.
In Singapore, TSR20 rubber prices decreased across all contracts from April to August 2025. The April contract decreased from 197.00 cents/kg to 193.20 cents/kg, an adjustment that shows a slight negative trend in this market.
Domestically, the purchase price of rubber latex at companies remains at the same level. At Mang Yang Rubber Company, grade 1 latex is purchased at 447 VND/TSC/kg, and grade 2 is 443 VND/TSC/kg. Grade 1 mixed latex costs 461 VND/DRC/kg, lower is grade 2 at 406 VND/DRC/kg.
At Phu Rieng Rubber Company, liquid latex is kept at 440 VND/TSC/kg, while mixed latex is purchased at 400 VND/DRC/kg. Ba Ria Rubber Company also maintains three price levels according to TSC, from 442 to 452 VND/degree. For coagulated latex, the price ranges from 13,500 to 18,000 VND/kg depending on DRC.
At Binh Long Rubber Company, the price of latex remains stable at around 386 - 396 VND/TSC/kg. Impure latex with 60% DRC is being purchased at 14,000 VND/kg, unchanged from previous days.
