Silver prices are falling globally. According to analyst Christopher Lewis at FXEmpire, the $33.33/ounce level is attracting the attention of many investors because this has been an important level many times in the past.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump began announcing new tariffs, which greatly affected risk sentiment in the market.

"Investors need to be cautious at the moment. However, if silver prices continue to fall, this could be a good buying opportunity. The silver market has always been risky and this is no different," Christopher Lewis stressed.

If silver prices fall below $33 an ounce, the 50-day moving average will act as an important support level to watch, the expert said.

On the other hand, if the price breaks through the strong resistance level at $35/ounce, silver could start a strong rally. "However, this is not likely to happen immediately. But in the long term, silver can still reach this level, because silver is one of the most volatile assets in the market," said Christopher Lewis.
