In the first phase of 2024, Ha Tinh has 6 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who have reached retirement age and are entitled to social insurance benefits, including: Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Vo Huu Hao; Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Phung Thi Nguyet; Colonel Ha Hoc Chien - former Party Secretary, former Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard; Colonel Nguyen Huu Thong, former Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Huy Hoang, former Commander of the Military Command of Huong Khe district; Colonel Le Huu Hung, former Commander of the Military Command of Nghi Xuan district.
