Galaxy S24 series starts selling in Vietnam

According to the tastes of users in Vietnam, most of them choose the highest-end products, so the Galaxy S24 Ultra is still the device that many customers pre-order, accounting for more than 80% of the total number of deposits at this unit.

Of which, the standard 256 GB version accounts for more than 60% of total orders. The 512 GB version is also chosen by many customers with 24% of orders. For the Galaxy S24 Ultra alone, the Titan Gray and Titan Black colors account for 75%.

In addition to the product's own incentives, many systems also give early buyers special gifts such as tempered glass, charger, protective case...

Statistics from the FPT Shop system recorded that by the end of January 26, the unit received more than 4,000 orders for the Galaxy S24 Series. Of which, the Galaxy S24 Ultra model continued to dominate with the highest number of orders, accounting for more than 80%.

System representatives said that the indexes of deposits and growth have not met expectations due to the difficult economic situation, leading consumers to consider spending at the end of the year.

Recorded at Mobile World at 7:00 p.m. on January 27, the official time for early sales of the Galaxy S24 series across the system (both online and offline), the unit plans to return about 500 devices to customers who have pre-ordered with a discount of up to 11 million VND.

Customers who have not yet pre-ordered the Galaxy S24 series can still buy it on the opening day or the following days at stores or online platforms such as the company's website, fanpage and TikTok.

Meanwhile, customers who directly buy the Galaxy S24 series at the time of sale at major distribution systems will receive a discount of up to 3 million depending on the version, a subsidy of 2 million when trading in an old phone for a new one, and 0% interest installment payments...

At the same time, to increase competitiveness, some small retail stores apply a policy of deducting directly from the final price of the product if the customer does not accept a physical gift.

Accordingly, the Galaxy S24 256 GB version has a reference price from 22.99 million VND. The selling price of S24 Plus and S24 Ultra is 26.99 million VND and 33.99 million VND respectively. In case users do not receive incentives and gift sets, they can buy S24 at a good price, from only 16.49 million VND.

Galaxy S24 Ultra is still the "dominant" model on the pre-order list.

This year, in addition to selling directly at stores, some units such as FPT Shop, Mobile World... also promote sales on online channels, especially TikTokShop. At some opening sessions at specific time frames, each system launches special discount codes to help consumers have the opportunity to own Galaxy S24 with prices starting from 17.19 million VND, S24 Plus from only 20.19 million VND or Galaxy S24 Ultra at the lowest price of 25.5 million VND.

According to a representative from CellphoneS, the Galaxy S24 series, although unchanged in design, is more complete, pioneering in equipping artificial intelligence (AI) on mobile... becoming a highlight for the product.

" We also recorded that nearly 40% of customers are interested in and choose to sell their old devices to upgrade to the Galaxy S24 series. It can be seen that the upgrade cycle of high-end devices of users is getting shorter and shorter, instead of 2-3 years to upgrade to a new device like before ," commented Mr. Nguyen Tan - representative of CellphoneS.

Ms. Phung Phuong - media representative of Mobile World commented: " It can be said that Samsung's choice to launch the Galaxy S24 series 3 weeks earlier than every year is a pretty good strategy, tapping into the psychology of wanting to own a new device before the Lunar New Year of many technology users today.

Also during this time, retailers often have many promotions and incentives near Tet to stimulate shopping. Thanks to that, users have more opportunities to own new super products at better prices than other times of the year .
