Galaxy S24 FE will support 25W fast charging

Recently, information about the Galaxy S24 FE was discovered on the TDRA (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) and TUV Rheinland platforms. Accordingly, the device will support 25W fast charging and support 9W reverse wireless charging.

Recent leaks have revealed that the S24 FE will come in a total of seven models - SM-S721B/DS, SM-S721B, SM-S721N, SM-S721Q, SM-S721U, SM-S721W, SM-S721). These models are expected to represent devices in different markets, with the SM-S721B being the global version and the SM-S721U being for the US market.

According to the TDRA certification listing, the S24 FE is the "SM-S721B/DS", where the "DS" indicates that the device supports dual-SIM dual standby. The global variant is confirmed to support Wifi 6E, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, LTE, and GSM connectivity. The device is said to be 162mm tall and 77.3mm wide. Geekbench data suggests that the US version of the Galaxy S24 FE will launch with the Exynos 2400e chip in all regions.

The S24 FE is expected to have a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 1,900 nits. Accordingly, similar to the phones in the S24 series, the Galaxy S24 FE will have a flat bezel (unlike the slightly curved bezel of the S23 FE).

The front of the phone has a thick screen border, especially the bottom part, along with a punch-hole selfie camera in the middle and a speaker above the screen.

The device has a 10MP front camera, accompanied by a triple-lens camera cluster and flash. The rear triple camera system includes: a 50MP main sensor with a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and an 8MP/10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Both the main camera and telephoto camera support optical image stabilization (OIS).

It is likely that the device will be equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal memory. With a 4,565 mAh battery, Samsung claims that the Galaxy S24 FE can last up to 78 hours of music playback and 29 hours of video playback on a single charge.

At launch, the S24 FE will come with One UI 6.1.1 on Android 14 with full Galaxy AI features like Portrait Studio, Generative Edit, Circle to Search, Sketch to Image and Live Translate. Most likely, this model will enjoy the same 7-year software update policy as other S24 models.
