Free meter installation for businesses
According to EVN, the Customer Gratitude Month program has been maintained continuously by units throughout the group for the past 9 years, despite the implementation context having very difficult times, typically during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This year, activities in the Customer Appreciation Month program of EVN and its member units mainly take place in December, towards the 69th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnam Electricity (December 21, 1954 - December 21, 2023).

Electricity workers propagate and guide people to use electricity safely and economically.
Accordingly, EVN and its member units ensure safe and stable electricity supply and improve customer service quality; organize customer conferences to listen to customer feedback, answer questions, and provide advice on safe, economical and efficient electricity use.
In December, EVN will also provide free meter installation and transformer station cleaning for businesses, support transformer testing; implement new power supply programs, support repair, inspection, maintenance, free consultation and guidance on electrical systems; ensure safe, economical and efficient use of electricity.
In addition, EVN will have programs and policies to encourage customers to install customer service applications (Apps), participate in online payments, online electricity services, and switch notification receipt to internet channels such as Customer Service App/Email/Zalo...
At the same time, coordinate with banks, payment intermediaries, and partners to jointly implement diverse customer care activities through forms such as giving gifts, bonus points, and vouchers for preferential services.
Commendation for customers who save electricity
Also according to EVN, Gratitude Month is an activity to enhance connection and practical efficiency with electricity customers and the community through directly supporting and helping people, businesses, and customers to use electricity safely, economically, and effectively.
In December, EVN and its corporations and power companies will organize activities to give gifts to thank and honor industrial production customers and large electricity consumers who have actively participated and coordinated with power units to adjust non-commercial electricity loads, shift production hours to off-peak hours, etc., especially during the hot summer months this year, causing electricity consumption to increase dramatically.
In addition, EVN units will strengthen guidance and propaganda through direct conference channels, consulting via customer service hotline, app, web, text messages, coordinating with mass organizations, political - social agencies...
Not only customer service appreciation activities, in December, corporations and power companies simultaneously organized social security activities: organizing and implementing programs to visit and support poor households, support lonely elderly people without dependents, families with preferential policies, and orphaned children in difficult circumstances.
Local power units reviewed and supported the repair and installation of new household electricity systems for poor households and policy families; supported the replacement of lighting with energy-saving LED lights; closely coordinated with the Youth Union of provinces and cities to implement the Program of Lighting Up Countryside Roads in the area; organized humanitarian blood donation programs: EVN Red Week, the 9th time in many provinces and cities to mobilize EVN officers, employees and member units to participate in humanitarian blood donation.
