Thu Duc Book Street attracts thousands of visitors

After more than 1 year of construction, Thu Duc City Book Street has come into operation with a length of more than 190m and a total area of ​​more than ^3,500m2 .

Thu Duc Book Street has two parallel traffic branches, the beginning of the route borders Le Van Viet Street, the end of the route borders Ngo Quyen Street.

Spacious space makes it convenient for people to visit, read and buy books.

Leaders and representatives of departments and branches of Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City attended the inauguration ceremony of Thu Duc City Book Street.

There are 22 book stalls in operation at the book street. Besides the book business space, there is a Ho Chi Minh cultural space, a reading culture space, a used book space, and a space for experiencing intellectual games for children and families.

Thu Duc City Book Street is not only expected to refresh the city landscape but also promote the reading culture of the people. At the same time, it will become a tourist attraction because the location of the book street is chosen in a place with many universities, colleges, intermediate schools, high schools, secondary schools and primary schools.

Each citizen is a "reading culture ambassador", will contribute to promoting the development of reading culture and creating a ripple effect throughout the population.

Thu Duc City Book Street was born, creating a space to develop reading culture, the connection between books, bookmakers and readers, combined with cultural and tourism activities to create a place for sightseeing, shopping and spiritual relaxation after hours of studying and working for people.

The Book Street will operate from 9am to 10pm daily. The opening week of Thu Duc City Book Street will take place from December 22 to January 1, 2024 with many exciting activities, and is also a space for people to welcome the new year.
