According to the plan of the Ministry of Transport, the main point of the inauguration ceremony tomorrow is at Nha Trang - Cam Lam Expressway (Cam Hiep Nam Commune, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa). The remaining point is at Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway (Vinh Hao Commune, Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province). The event will have the presence of leaders of the State, Government and ministries.
The 49 km Nha Trang - Cam Lam Expressway, costing 7,600 billion VND in Khanh Hoa and the 100 km Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway, costing nearly 11,000 billion VND in Binh Thuan, were both opened to traffic nearly a month ago. The opening of the two expressways shortens the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang City and vice versa to only 5 hours.
However, the inauguration ceremony of the two projects has not been held. The temporary closure of the two highways for 6-18 hours is to ensure safety for the event. Traffic will be diverted to National Highway 1. After that, traffic can return to normal.

The Ministry of Transport requested local authorities to direct relevant units to implement plans to ensure safety and security at the inauguration ceremony site and to grant drone operation licenses to the event organizer. At the same time, the Traffic Police Department was requested to have a plan to regulate traffic during the ceremony.
