A parent named T. said that among these expenses, there are reasonable expenses such as: advance payment to the contractor to repair the classroom of 150 million VND (the repair of the classroom is at the parents' discretion), money to buy gifts for students, classroom decorations, trees; entertainment expenses; classroom supplies; classroom cleaning fees...

" However, there are expenses that parents find difficult to voluntarily and accept, such as "Spending money to support Ms. Thu for the whole year to hire more people to serve and clean up lunch in front of the class. Spending money to support a teacher for the whole first semester, spending money to connect to the Internet..." - parent T. said.

Another parent reflected: " I feel like all activities, even the smallest ones, are converted into money to collect. From spending money on food, teddy bears for performances, money to buy speakers to attach to the TV, money to connect to the Internet... Since it is a parent fund, the expenses must be for the students, for the students. Why spend money on teachers and on things that the school should have provided for the students? "

It is worth mentioning that in the class's information group, the homeroom teacher of this class said that parents can rest assured that all expenses for the children are very clear and reasonable. "I have never thought of any personal benefits."

However, when some parents in the class reacted to the high costs of painting desks and chairs, the teacher said that this was a very cheap cost. At the same time, she concluded: "I and the board of representatives do everything with all my heart, that is for sure, and few people can do it.

No one benefits from this except the students. So parents should never have any opinions about money anymore, it's all for the students. And parents should not bother me about these things, so that I can focus on my work and educate my children to be good people."

Speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, Ms. Bui Thi Hai Yen - Principal of Hong Ha Primary School, confirmed the above incident in class 1/2 after being contacted by Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper.

" I immediately ordered an inspection and requested that all revenue and expenditure activities in the classroom be stopped. The homeroom teacher also reported that he had only made a budget but had not yet made any expenditures," said Ms. Yen.

The principal of Hong Ha Primary School also confirmed that the payment of expenses such as classroom repair fees is based on the agreement and voluntary participation of parents. However, the payment of support for teachers is against regulations and unreasonable; the school will work with the teacher and the Parents' Representative Board of this class.
