Beautiful paintings from a time of poverty
As an artist whose paintings were selected to hang at the exhibition, at the exhibition opening on August 24, artist Do Duc said he was extremely moved to be present in a carefully selected gallery like this one, standing with his seniors in the profession.
He was very moved to see his brainchild again, which has been collected by the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum since 1986, a painting he painted during a time when the whole country was extremely hungry.
He was also moved by the beautiful paintings in the exhibition, most of which were created by artists during the years when the country was facing great hardship due to war or poverty. The time when artists had to work in conditions lacking everything, but in the end, they left behind very valuable works for the world.

In particular, in the thematic exhibition My Country , the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts in collaboration with 3D Art Design Consulting and Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company tested the application of digital cinemagraph technology for the first time in the exhibition.
Along with displaying original works, the combination of projection techniques and cinemagraph animations brings the public a new experience.
Director of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum Nguyen Anh Minh said that if this new experiment is well received by the public, it will open up opportunities for valuable works and national treasures to be introduced to viewers more often.
