The project will be implemented within 3 years, not only in Ho Chi Minh City but also nationwide. This is a volunteer project to support disadvantaged workers.
+ Many people are concerned about the story of noodle carts selling on the sidewalk, food hygiene and safety?
- Those who are sponsored to start up noodle carts will have to comply with the law when choosing a location to sell their products, and not sell on the street or encroach on sidewalks or roadsides.
