Regarding the development of digital government, Dong Giang district aims to have 100% of district and commune-level work records processed online (except for confidential records). Shared databases will be connected, and data will be gradually opened to provide convenient public services and reduce procedures for people.

The district aims to have 100% of eligible administrative procedures provided online, ensuring seamless authentication between all levels of government. The digitization rate of administrative procedure records reaches 90%, while raising the satisfaction level of people and businesses to 95%.

In the field of digital economy, Dong Giang strives to achieve a minimum digital economy ratio of 5% of GRDP; 100% of enterprises use electronic invoices, more than 50% use electronic contracts. Key export products and OCOP products will participate in e-commerce platforms to expand the market.

Regarding digital society, the district aims for 80% of households to have fiber optic internet, popularize 4G/5G network and smartphones; 95% of village and block cultural houses are installed with wifi to serve the community.

It is expected that 70% of the population will be granted electronic identification; 100% of schools will apply digital technology in teaching, management and use cashless payment methods. The District Health Center will implement electronic payment, striving for more than 90% of people to have electronic health records.

In addition, the district pays special attention to information technology infrastructure and information security. The goal is that 100% of administrative procedures are authenticated electronically, and the information system ensures security according to the approved level. Officials and civil servants are trained and have increased awareness of information security.

To achieve the above goals, Dong Giang will synchronously deploy digital transformation solutions, prioritizing key areas to promote socio-economic development, improve service quality for people and businesses, and move towards a safe and convenient digital environment.
