Comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province, was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
On the afternoon of September 5, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the Conference.
Attending the Conference were leaders of the Central Organizing Committee, representatives of the Central Inspection Committee, the Central Party Office; Standing members and members of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, bureaus and units of the Central Organizing Committee.
At the Conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung presented the Politburo's decision to transfer and assign comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
According to comrade Le Minh Hung, the appointment and transfer of comrade Do Trong Hung shows the Politburo's trust and appreciation for comrade Do Trong Hung personally as well as the staff of Thanh Hoa province.
Comrade Do Trong Hung is a cadre with basic training, growing up from the grassroots, with more than 30 years of working and being attached to Thanh Hoa province.
At the 19th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, he was elected to hold the position of Provincial Party Secretary. At the 13th Party Congress, he was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.
He, together with the Party Committee, Executive Committee, and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, led and directed the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and ensured national defense and security, achieving many important results.
In the work of Party building, Thanh Hoa has many innovations, good and creative ways of doing things, which are highly appreciated by the Central Committee. The Central Organizing Committee is pleased and hopes that comrade Do Trong Hung, with his extensive practical experience at the grassroots level, will contribute to the overall achievements of the Central Organizing Committee; hoping that comrade Do Trong Hung will soon integrate and grasp the work of the Central Organizing Committee, and together with the collective leadership of the Central Organizing Committee, direct and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In the coming time, the Central Organizing Committee's tasks are very heavy, including completing the Summary Report on Party building work and implementing the Party Charter to serve the upcoming 10th Central Conference; advising on the preparation of personnel work directions for the 14th Congress; planning the Politburo and Secretariat for the next term; reviewing and supplementing the planning of the Central Executive Committee; reporting to the Central Committee to promulgate the Party's Election Regulations.
The workload from now until the 14th Congress is huge, with high requirements on progress and quality. Comrade Le Minh Hung requested that the leaders of the Board, leaders of departments, bureaus, and units uphold the sense of responsibility, be proactive, and be active in advising on the completion of drafts to promptly report to the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Executive Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Do Trong Hung, expressed his joy and emotion at being assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
Comrade Do Trong Hung realizes that this is both an honor and a great responsibility in the face of increasingly high requirements for Party building and organization work, and for building a clean and strong political system.
The work of Party building and organization is a very broad, very difficult, and very important task of the Party. Comrades hope to receive the attention and close direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Head of the Central Organization Commission; the coordination and assistance of departments, ministries, branches, provincial and municipal Party Committees; the support of the leaders of the Commission and all cadres, civil servants, and public employees working at the Central Organization Commission.
Comrade Do Trong Hung promised to work hard, strive, actively study and research, constantly cultivate and practice moral qualities, lifestyle, cultivate revolutionary ethics, uphold the sense of responsibility, be a pioneer and exemplary, dedicated to work, together with the collective leadership, civil servants and public employees of the Central Organizing Committee to promote the tradition of solidarity, strive to fulfill the assigned tasks to the highest level.

Comrade Do Trong Hung was born on December 5, 1971; hometown: Quang Trung commune, Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province; professional qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Social Sciences and Humanities; Bachelor of Science in Politics. On October 27, 2020, at the first meeting of the 19th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee, comrade Do Trong Hung was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025. On December 6, 2020, at the 14th Session of the 17th Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, comrade Do Trong Hung was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term. On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, comrade Do Trong Hung was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Previously, on August 21, 2024, the Politburo assigned Mai Van Chinh, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission./. |
