Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province Le Van Dung has just signed an official dispatch approving the investor's proposal for the Cua Lo channel investment project; the bridge connecting Tam Hiep and Tam Hoa wharf areas and the road connecting Viet Han Industrial Park with Vo Chi Cong road (referred to as the Cua Lo channel project) under the form of a build-transfer contract (BT contract).

According to the document, Quang Nam agreed in principle to allow Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to prepare a project proposal; submit it to the competent authority for consideration before June 30.

Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee requested the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to take charge and coordinate with relevant agencies to guide Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to prepare investment project proposal documents in accordance with legal regulations.
