Railway industry to operate high-quality train on Hanoi-Vinh route

Accordingly, the high-quality Song Lam train, Hanoi-Vinh route, will be operated by VNR from April 22. The modern sleeper cars are covered with luxurious wood, VIP compartments with 4 beds, with beautiful, polite and convenient sleeping and toilet spaces.

On the occasion of the launch of the high-quality Song Lam train, the Railway industry has launched a promotional program with a 20% discount for all passengers. In particular, students, the elderly and children will receive more preferential discounts. The promotion period is from April 22 to May 22, 2025.

Song Lam cars (numbers 3, 4, 5, 6) will be pulled by train NA1/2, departing regularly every evening.

Train NA1 departs from Hanoi station at 9:50 pm and arrives in Vinh at 5:35 am; train NA2 will depart from Vinh station at 9:30 pm and arrive in Hanoi at 5:25 am. Trains NA1/2 will also stop to pick up and drop off passengers at Hanoi, Cho Si and Vinh.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Railway industry organized the running of a pair of special trains named "Reunification Train".

On April 29, train SE1 departs from Hanoi station and train SE4 departs from Saigon station. The two trains will meet on April 30 at Da Nang station.

The Railway Industry organized a program to see off the "Reunification Train" at Hanoi and Saigon stations and a program to welcome the two trains meeting at Da Nang station.
