BTO-In 2023, the Provincial Museum welcomed nearly 197,000 visitors to visit and study culture and history, reaching 121% of the set plan.
Of which, there were more than 3,200 foreign visitors. Fees and charges collected for sightseeing reached more than 2.3 billion VND, exceeding the assigned target by 4%.
Promoting the value of heritages, last year the Provincial Museum promoted the dissemination of local cultural education for students in the province, through coordinating receptions, organizing experiences, and displaying photos at the Museum Exhibition House, Cham Cultural Exhibition Center, Po Sah Inư Tower Relic, and Provincial Party Committee Base Relic Site.
In addition, the functional departments and centers have collected 121 artifacts and antiquities related to the two resistance wars against France and the US and the renovation period up to now, Cham cultural artifacts. At the same time, they have organized surveys, inspections, and collections of archaeological sites at cultural relics; built scientific dossiers to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for ranking provincial-level relics; implemented the contents of Project 6 under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in the province in 2023...
