Dialogue, consultation on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance

August 23, Social Insurance (Social Insurance) Vietnam in coordination with provincial Social Insurance organizes dialogues, consults, supports, and answers questions of employees and employers about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (HI, BHTN).

At the conference, more than 200 delegates from enterprises and employers were provided with some points to note in the collection and payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; new points about the social insurance regime, the superiority of social insurance and health insurance policies, benefits that employees enjoy when participating in social insurance and health insurance; subjects, contribution levels, payment methods; risks when not participating in social insurance and health insurance; the responsibility of enterprises to pay social insurance for employees; prohibited acts, handling of violations...

Attending the conference, representatives of enterprises and employers expressed many opinions and reflected on the problems surrounding the following issues: Social insurance debt, employee benefits, solutions to avoid late payment of social insurance. Individual business owners have not yet paid compulsory social insurance, which is a disadvantage for employees; documents and procedures are still cumbersome, for procedures to resolve maternity benefits, a lot of information must be declared...

Representatives of Vietnam Social Security and provincial Social Security promptly supported, answered and advised delegates on difficulties and problems in the process of participating in and enjoying social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies. Through this dialogue, the Social Security sector hopes to receive opinions and feedback from employees and employers on difficulties in the process of implementing social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies to continue improving service quality, for the satisfaction of insurance participants.
