Binh Phuoc FC entered the 2024-2025 season with high goals. The team recruited striker Nguyen Cong Phuong with a rumored "signing fee" of up to 18 billion VND for a 3-year contract. Binh Phuoc's squad also has a number of other notable faces such as Bui Tan Truong, Huynh Tan Sinh, Sam Ngoc Duc, Ho Tuan Tai, Le Thanh Binh...
The team’s performance after the first 9 rounds is not bad. Binh Phuoc FC is ranked second in the First Division. They are 7 points behind the top team Ninh Binh.
