The clay tunnel opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, it will take about an hour to visit the entire tourist area because of its large area.

During the rainy season, the tourist area may close 30 minutes earlier than the regulation. Therefore, visitors to the clay tunnel should arrange their time to be balanced and reasonable for the convenience of their trip.

The clay tunnel opens for visitors at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. on weekdays.

There are 2 most reasonable routes to travel to the tourist area from Da Lat market: following Prenn pass and from the city center.

Then, go through the pass down to the section near Datanla waterfall, you look to the right and you will see a Buddha statue with a sign, then turn right to Truc Lam Zen Monastery. Next, visitors turn following the signs about 1km up a slope and you will see the poetic Tuyen Lam Lake right in front of you. At this time, you turn right and follow the lakeside for about 400m and you will see a sign to the clay tunnel tourist area.

Clay tunnel tourist area is always open to welcome visitors.

- Direction from the city center: Many tourists choose to go this way to the clay tunnel, because along the way, you can combine visiting several other famous tourist attractions such as: Chicken Church, Hang Nga Villa, Bao Dai Palace.
