Unique art vehicle promoting the quintessence of Binh Dinh land and sea

Continuing the series of festivals “The Quintessence of Binh Dinh Land and Sea”, on the evening of July 14, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Sea Square (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh), a street festival took place with the theme “Binh Dinh Welcomes Summer!” with the participation of many artists, artisans, singers, locals and tourists.

At the street festival “Binh Dinh welcomes summer!”, locals and tourists were quite excited and curious about the convoy of dozens of electric cars decorated and arranged according to the traditional cultural and artistic characteristics of Binh Dinh.

The highlight is the central electric car with vividly shaped tunas riding on the waves. Next to it are electric cars decorated with bai choi, tuong and seafood specialties... At another electric car, Binh Dinh tuong artists dressed up as unique tuong characters, performing before the public.

Tuong art is promoted in a unique and vivid way.

Speaking at the festival, Mr. Ta Xuan Chanh, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh province, said that the street festival will take place with the following contents: an art suite opening the program "Binh Dinh welcomes summer!"; presenting 30 bicycles to students who are children of fishermen in Quy Nhon city; performing international-class circus skills, street parades, etc.

“The festival also features music and dance performances with the participation of famous artists and singers. The highlight of the festival is the parade of art vehicles carrying the cultural nuances of Binh Dinh sea with the participation of Miss Thu Uyen (Miss Ocean Vietnam 2023; media ambassador of the Tinh Hoa Dat Bien Binh Dinh festival),” Mr. Chanh added.

At the opening session of the festival, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, together with Miss Thu Uyen and representatives, performed the ceremony of presenting 30 bicycles to students who are children of fishermen in Quy Nhon City.

This is a gift mobilized by the Organizing Committee of the Quy Nhon Sea and Land Quintessence Festival, to encourage and promote the spirit of overcoming difficulties and studying well of the children of fishermen. Through this, it contributes to encouraging and motivating fishermen to go out to sea, practice their profession sustainably, and protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
