For Lam Dong province to move forward, the message and motto of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, according to Acting Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc, is “... Do the right thing, avoid the wrong thing; do the good thing, avoid the bad thing; do the right thing, avoid the bad thing; do the fastest, most effective, and with the best quality. For the people, Lam Dong moves forward, for the country, Lam Dong moves forward steadily”.

Developing Lam Dong in accordance with the direction of Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the Central Highlands region to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and cities to immediately deploy the content of this Launching Ceremony to all cadres, party members, soldiers and people of the province. Bring the spirit and momentum of the emulation campaign to all students of the province right at the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2024 - 2025. Equip the young generation with more knowledge to proactively participate in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 according to Resolution No. 52-NQ/TW dated September 27, 2019 of the Politburo. Thereby, studying, cultivating and training to become high-quality human resources to serve the development of the province and build the Fatherland.

At the launching ceremony, the following competition contents were given:

Firstly, successfully organize the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024 taking place in late 2024. Lam Dong province identifies this as a political and cultural event of a local nature to review traditions, affirm and honor the values of flowers and the flower growing profession of Da Lat - Lam Dong. Promote the style of Da Lat people "Gentle - Elegant - Hospitable", arousing the pride of the people of Da Lat - Lam Dong.

Dalat Flower Festival is also an opportunity for the province to promote local socio-economic development, especially in the field of tourism services, consumption of high-quality products, OCOP products. Calling for and mobilizing the active response of all classes of people, unions, organizations, businesses, individuals inside and outside the province to participate.

Strengthen urban beautification, focus on investment and upgrading infrastructure; plant more flowers and trees in residential areas, households and public areas. Ensure environmental sanitation, security and order for the activities of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024.

Second, launch a competition with high determination and great efforts to carry out the tasks of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Projects. In response to the peak competition "500 days and nights to complete 3,000 km of expressway" launched by the Prime Minister.

Building and developing a synchronous and modern infrastructure has been considered one of the strategic breakthroughs of Lam Dong province for many years. In particular, developing transport infrastructure has always been of interest to create new development space for the province.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Projects with a total length of 140 km are one of the key projects of the province, a fulcrum to remove bottlenecks and help the locality take off.

Third, launch emulation to achieve achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

On this occasion, Lam Dong province requested agencies, localities and units to review and propose solutions from now until 2025 to fully implement and successfully complete the tasks and targets according to the Resolution of the Party Congress of agencies, localities and units for the 2020-2025 term and the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2021-2025.
