
To carry out the arrangement and reorganization of public service units in the area, Tuan Giao district has proactively developed a Project to arrange and reorganize public service units. As of December 31, 2023, the whole district has 67 public service units (including 5 affiliated service units and 62 education and training service units), a decrease of 9 units compared to December 31, 2015. Of which, 4 kindergartens, 6 primary schools, 8 primary and secondary schools have been arranged and merged. After the arrangement and merger, the whole district has reduced from 71 schools to 62 schools (a decrease of 12.67%).
Implementing staff streamlining since 2015, Tuan Giao District People's Committee has streamlined 138 public service unit staff. The number of staff assigned by the province in 2015 was 2,232, in 2023 the province assigned 1,968, the number of staff mechanically cut by the province was 264, down 11.82% compared to 2015.
At the supervision session, representatives of the leaders of the professional departments and the People's Committee of Tuan Giao district explained and clarified the contents requested by the members of the supervision team such as: Advantages, difficulties and obstacles in merging units in the field of education and training; the lack of teachers, the merger of kindergartens and primary schools; the lack of permanent teachers at agencies in the field of vocational education; the streamlining of staff, activities of agencies of the Party bloc, the field of culture and society and other professional fields. Difficulties and shortcomings in animal quarantine through the area; whether the staff after the merger at the Radio - Television Center can meet the current level of information technology...

Tuan Giao district proposed to increase the subsidy level for paying policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants and public employees implementing staff streamlining according to Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government to further ensure the rights of cadres, civil servants and public employees who wish to retire early.
On behalf of the monitoring delegation, comrade Lo Thi Luyen, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, received recommendations and proposals from the People's Committee of Tuan Giao district to synthesize and submit to competent authorities for consideration.
